It is said that the taste of Sushi is very sensitive to the Sushi Rice. All of our Tomisushi branch uses Koshihikari Rice from Niigata prefecture. Our Sushi Rice is cooked with our traditional special recipe and we never give up for persuading our guests by the “Taste” of our dishes.

Komesu (Rice Vinegar)

Komesu (Rice Vinegar)

Under the philosophy of ‘best rice wine (Japanese Sake)makes best vinegar’, the factory makes vinegar by making Japanese sake from scratch following the traditional process and being fermented for more than 6-8 months. This is the vinegar which Tomisushi used. Our choice makes ours different from others.

Nori ( Dried Seaweed)

Nori (Dried Seaweed)

Nori is essential for maki-sushi(rolls)and Gunkan sushi(rolls).High-quality nori is flavourful, shiny, and has a smooth texture. With its crisp and well balanced flavour, the nori delivers an exquisite finishing taste to our sushi. Tomisushi values delivering the food culture of Japan. We secure the quality of each piece of Nori until the sushi is taken away. However, the best timing of having Sushi is always freshly made. Please enjoy our flavourful authentic tast.

Tare ( Soy Sauce)

Tare (Soy Sauce)

Although it is hard to pay the attention to the soy sauce, but it plays an important role in having Sushi as well. The specially blended soy sauce is only for Tomisushi restaurants. Please enjoy our best matching soy sauce with the Sushi.

Ikebana (Flower Arrangement)

Ikebana (Flower Arrangement)

It would be appraciated if you notice that Tomisushi arranges the seasonal fresh flower to welcome our guests. The flower arrangement in Tomisushi is more than simply putting flowers in a container. It is a way how Tomisushi protects and generates the Japanses traditional culture. Like the way, we devoted ourselves to serve the finest food to our each guest.
